SDB project is the world’s biggest Diamond Exchange market located at Surat in Gujarat state of India. It will be spread across 35.5 acres of land, with a total built up area of 620,000 square metres, making it the single largest office building in the world. It will consist of 4,500 offices varying in sizes from 28 square metres to 7000 square metres. The total construction cost of this project is approximately USD 230 million.
