In the
role of Kruger Group Commercial Ventilation PM, your work will focus to improve
the organization’s market position and financial growth in the Commercial
Ventilation market sector. On a daily basis this will include supporting and
building key relationships with Kruger Associate companies and their customers
both direct (Contractors) and indirect (Consulting Engineers) through the
selection of products, providing technical support and
ultimately closing of sales order.
In
addition, and in liaison with senior Kruger management, the PM will be
responsible for defining the short, medium and long-term organizational
strategic goals; identifying business opportunities; defining scope-of-works
for new product developments and maintaining extensive knowledge of market
conditions.

In liaison with local Kruger Associate
companies and partners, support the presentation of products for the Commercial
Ventilation projects.

Identify new business opportunities
through local Associate company feedback and market data driven services including
new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.

Identify Key organizations, companies
and individuals responsible for the speciation of commercial ventilation
projects across Kruger addressable markets.
·
Travel to meet with Associate companies
and their customers/clients face to face when necessary.
·
Understand the needs of each local
market customers and be able to respond effectively to support these
requirements.
·
Have an extensive understanding of the
Kruger’s products or services and be able to advise and train others about
them.
·
Discuss and define promotional strategy
and activities with the Kruger marketing department.
·
Create and present monthly management
reports providing details of each commercial ventilation markets.
·
Keep abreast of trends and changes in
the commercial ventilation markets. Attend seminars and improve technical and
market knowledge base as needed.

Minimum BSc Degree level education and
qualification in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
·
Minimum of 7 years working in a
subterranean mechanical engineering role.
·
Competent in speaking in English.
Proficiency in Chinese languages and other languages an additional benefit.
·
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people,
both internally and externally.

Competent knowledge of MS Office
products including MS Word and Excel.
·
Ability to work autonomously to meet
goals and targets.
·
Ability to lead and motivate a team of people.
