“科禄格 KRUGER” Declaration

KRUGER VENTILATION INDUSTRIES PTE LTD(KVI), a wholly owned subsidiary of KRUGER ASIA HOLDING PTE LTD (KAH), registered in Singapore, specializing in the production and development of ventilation equipment, is the registered holder of the trademarks of "KRUGER"，"科禄格", "KELUGE", and "克鲁格" fan products with China National Intellectual Property Administration.

For more than 20 years, the registered trademark of "KRUGER (科禄格)" and its fan products produced and sold by "KRUGER (科禄格)" companies in China, have been used in many key projects in China, such as commercial, industrial, tunnel, subway and other applications. "KRUGER (科禄格)" companies have consistently focused on quality, technology, service and integrity, enjoying a high reputation and popularity among customers and market in the ventilation and air conditioning industry. Recently, we have noticed in the market that there are some companies named "科禄格", or even some falsely claiming to be subsidiaries under "KRUGER (科禄格)" in China, causing confusion and misleading the market and customers. Therefore, we hereby make the following solemn declaration:

A. As of now, the following four companies are Kruger China and belonging to "KRUGER ASIA HOLDING PTE LTD" a wholly owned subsidiary, and authorized by "KRUGER VENTILATION INDUSTRIES PTE LTD" to use "KRUGER", "科禄格" registered fan product trademark and the companies name "KRUGER", "科禄格" :

1.上海科禄格通风设备有限公司 (SHANGHAI KRUGER VENTILATION CO.,LTD)
2.广州科禄格通风设备有限公司 (GUANGZHOU KRUGER VENTILATION CO.,LTD)
3.武汉科禄格通风设备有限公司 (WUHAN KRUGER VENTILATION CO.,LTD)
4.天津科禄格通风设备有限公司(TIANJIN KRUGER VENTILATION CO.,LTD)

B. On the Chinese mainland, apart from the above-mentioned four companies, any other company or organizations with the name of "科禄格" are not company or organization invested or established by us, have no connection and no relationship whatsoever with us and no right to use the registered trademark of "KRUGER (科禄格)". 

C. The trademarks of "KRUGER", "科禄格", "KELUGE", and "克鲁格" fan products registered by KRUGER VENTILATION INDUSTRIES PTE LTD with the China National Intellectual Property Administration(CNIPA) can be verified through the website of CNIPA: https://sbj.cnipa.gov.cn. Any other companies and their fan products in the market using these registered trademarks or similar text or graphic information are engaging in counterfeit and infringement activities.

D. Any individual or company in the market engaging in illegal infringement activities, such as counterfeiting the name, reputation, brand, or trademark of our companies, will be held accountable under Chinese law, including civil, administrative, and even criminal liabilities.
